Description —Review and define with SAP Manager the module deployment requirements. —Lead team members towards the proper implementation and support of SAP FICO module. —Manage providing technical support to company-wide SAP users. —Ensure Disaster Recovery Plan is available and periodically tested. —Respond firmly to urgent request of support and take prompt actions whenever needed. —Train stakeholders on using SAP FICO module. —Monitor module performance and ensure its proper implementation.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree. •SAP certified is a must. •Prior work experience implementing and supporting FMCG projects is preferred.
