Description The program assistant is responsible for the proper organisation and functioning of the office in PDP Zamalek the PDP Zamalek Office cash box ensuring that all secretarial works are handled smoothly ensuring good communication and flow of information within the project/program and with the GIZ office filing documents in reference files (hard copies) or in DMS(soft copies) in line with GIZs filing rules the assistance in organising and filing EU Grant related documents, correspondence etc. administrative tasks (e.g. organisational matters, preparation of procurements etc.) the timely elaboration of minutes of meetings if and when required
Qualifications secondary school education certificate/diploma or similar qualification from a recognized clerical college
Gender Any
Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills good working knowledge of ITC technologies (related software, phone, fax, email, the internet) and computer applications (e.g. MS Office) very good knowledge of the English language, ideally a knowledge of German good management and organisational skills customer and service-oriented attitude willingness to up-skill as required by the tasks to be performed – corresponding measures are agreed with management knowledge of GIZ DMS is an additional asset
Salary (L.E.) Negotiable
