Description -Manage the movement of inbound spare parts/equipment/materials in accordance with organizational policy and procedure. -Communicate with Material planner ,ESP section head, forwarders and shipping line/agents regarding the time of shipping in order to meet the date required, considering all steps dispatching , approvals ,customs clearance .. Etc -Chasing the shipping documents then Communicate suppliers in case of any documents should be amended, revising and/or declarations required to ensure that data mentioning is correct and matched with P.Os -Review and approve financial documents before submitted to treasury and AP -Review and approve the documents before submitted to MOH for approval -Ensure that all approvals required for customs clearance already obtained. -Supervise our customs clearance brokers. -Approve the customs duties, sales tax before deducted from current account in accordance with customs regulation. -Coordinate with W.H for the delivery of shipments, in accordance with warehouse capacity to avoid congestion.
Qualifications 1.Bachelor degree(Accounting,etc ) 2.Minimum 6 years experience in the same field . 3.Mastering the custom clearance process ,importation laws and regulations. 4.Self motivated , strong personality , result oriented ,team work spirit , 5.Pharmaceutical Background is preferred.
