Description — Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that MIS facilities meet these needs — Planning, developing and monitoring and MIS budget, obtaining competitive prices from suppliers, to ensure cost effectiveness — Scheduling upgrades and security backups of hardware and software systems; — Researching and installing new systems — Ensuring the smooth running of all MIS systems, including anti-virus software, print services and email provision — Enhance Enterprise recourse planning RP utilization — Ensuring that software licensing laws are adhered to — Managing software license and its renewal — Providing secure access to the network for remote users — Ensuring the security of data from internal and external attack and proposing the proper solution — Providing users with appropriate support and advice — Managing crisis situations, which may involve complex technical hardware or software problems — Mentoring and training new MIS support staff — Keeping up to date with the latest technologies. — Follow up and update our website on the internet. By communicating with the various Departments he has to update and add News Flash once a month on the ECOTEL Site. — Evaluate all new hired staff after the probation period ( 3 months ) — Evaluate all trainees after 3 months from training attendance. — Prepare annual performance appraisal to all the subordinates — Assure the compliance with all company QMS & HSE MS
Qualifications Bsc. Computer since or Computer Engineering, Microsoft Dynamic Ax Certified, 6 years of experience in the same position. Leadership, Time Management, Communication, and Problem Solving Skills are required. MALES ONLY
