Description Summary: Responsible for plant operation and maintenance. Establish plant policies and procedures. Responsible for plant Objectives. Establish and maintain community relations. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Setting up plant production & maintenance plans and specify required personnel & CAPEX. 2. Participate in setting up company budget and strategies. 3. Present monthly reports comparing achievements with targets and specifying action plan to achieve target. 4. Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policies and procedures. 5. Maintain a clean and safe plant. 6. Establish and direct plant policies and procedures. 7. Responsible for plant production goals. 8. Establish and maintain a positive community relationship. 9. Foster a well-trained and motivated staff. 10. Confer with departments heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and shipping. 11. Responsible for establishing all shift production schedules. 12. Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff. 13. Conduct employee performance reviews. 14. Schedule and conduct plant meetings. 15. Responsible for the product quality index for the plant. 16. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Qualifications: • Education: B.S.c of Engineering • Experience: 15 years’ experience in the same field (Home Appliances) or similar, 5 years of which as a senior executive with proven track record of success. • Languages: Fluent: English and Arabic spoken and written.

Experience 10-15 Years.
Other Skills Knowledge and skill requirements: Leadership skills, excellent communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, have good computer skills. Direction of plant operations and community relations requires significant manufacturing knowledge as well as advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills.
