Description — Responsible for keeping and maintaining all training records (training evaluation form, training needs forms ‡etc.) for all employees in the company with ISO standards. — Responsible for Training Processes including training needs analysis, Training plan designing, implementing Trainings then running Evaluation processes to reach final results for the training and the trainees. — Implement the strategy and methodology about CV screening and candidates sourcing through effective channels including proactive search, networking, internet postings, etc. — Effectively manage the candidate process, including assessments, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. — Assist in developing and creating Policies and providing broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures. — Responsible for developing and updating the company Organization Chart to reflect the dynamic changes in the company structure. — Responsible for developing and applying performance management system. — Update man power plan, organization chart and maintain and follow up job rotation, employees transfer , and on job training processes and issue admin decrees related to changes occur.
Qualifications Bachelor degree •Total of 2 to 4years experience in HRM

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
