Description 1.Minimize business risk regarding problems in operation, product quality and product cost by acting proactively through monitoring and managing PPR using statistical analysis tools 2.Support the day to day business through facilitating the implementation of capable and controlled processes in different GMS functions 3.Coordinate the implementation of business process improvements at the site in support of business targets. 4.Support NPI by providing Technical Knowledge Management processes and tools to support the business benefit. 5.Implementing PUCC Standard and Framework in the site to provide visibility, real time trending on the plant, root cause analysis, visible action plan and status and update knowledge history. 6.Use statistical tools in developing our operations and analytical methods to be based on. 7.Use KM tools for effective Information search and on-going improvement in ways of working.
Qualifications •Bachelor degree of Pharmacy. •3-5 Years experience at multinational pharmaceutical organization. •Excellent command of English language. •Good understanding of the business, quality processes and regulatory guidelines. •Project management skills is an asset • Strong leadership and influencing skills to introduce new processes and ways of working within the organization with understanding of the principles of change management.
