Description 1.Provide ,support and develop plans for the development of the workshop 2.Work to raise the level of customer service and study observations and negatives found 3.Staff training to raise their technical level. 4.Develop preventive maintenance programs for cars and equipment in accordance with the manufacturers specifications. 5.Work orders for materials, spare parts necessary to repair vehicles and equipment. 6.Examine parts contained and make sure they conform to the standards of the manufacturer. 7.Ongoing reviews of the credit of the warehouse of spare parts and make sure there is stock for use when necessary. 8.Division of responsibilities inside the workshop and identify priorities for action. 9.Follow the work of the technical office of the data entry for the work orders, material orders and short listing all the work 10.Proposal ameliorative measures and preventive and treatment that will improve the performance of work within the workshop 11.Participate in the selection of staff and the identification of training needs necessary for them and submit recommendations. 12.Work on the applying the quality measures standards of the company 13.Make sure of applying the terms of occupational safety and health for all workers in hazardous work. 14.Evaluating the performance of employees on a regular basis 15.Proposing annual bonuses for all employees
Qualifications -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Major: mechanic). - Experience from 10 – 15 years at least 3 years working as work shop manager -Leadership skills - Managerial skills
