Description     — Responsible for monthly office supplies, and buffet supplies. — Manage reception activities such as; phone calls, sending shipments, meet and greet visitors, handling faxes and mails, filing and typing and handling correspondences with all external entities. — Support various departments with administration tasks — Acts as a liaison between the employees and the medical insurance company to finalize their requests or approvals. — Coordinate with the medical insurance provider the refund requests, and submit the received refunds to the employees.
Qualifications    • Excellent operating knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . • Excellent Internet Research Skills. • Able to work on own initiative. • Ability to work under pressure. • Hardworker.
