Description     Sales Unit Manager (Retail - Cairo) 1. Manage sales unit team on daily basis, focusing on daily target, KPIs, punctuality, and readiness for performing tasks. 2. Guide (SV) sales supervisors for the best ways to do their jobs, and maintain their teams (SR) sales representatives, motivated and passionate to do tasks. 3. Review achieved targets and make sure that it run in the right planned scheme. 4. Define performance gabs and decide suitable solutions for it. 5. Support teams and solve problems faced them within market. 6. Interview and choose new candidates for both new structure and/or replacement positions. 7. Train and coach teams for matching performance standards required by the company performance guidance.
Qualifications    • Bachelor Degree • 3:5 years of experience at FMCG company, preferably to be at Chocolate, Biscuit, Gum and/or any of them, with managerial background.
