Description - Preparing Local Tour packages and sending them out to our clients - Quoting , corresponding to daily queries for new bookings, suggested itineraries, requests for quotations and any information requests through email - Issuing invoices and following up on payment as per the contract terms - Coordinating with Quality Control and Follow up Files operation. - Conducting customers Feedback and Following through on their recommendations - Updating all agents about the company products in Egypt - Any other duties that maybe assigned by the managers or the M.D
Qualifications - Maximum age 28 years - 3 years’ experience in similar position - Competency in computer applications - Excellent Communication skills - Fluent English - Other Languages are an asset.
