Description will be responsible for the Compressors and Dryer (centrifugal compressor, ,screw compressor, Descant Dryers and Refrigerant dryers, Airline Treatment). Fire Tube Boilers and Heat Exchanger (Plate Heat Exchangers, Shell & tube Heat Exchanger)and making annual boiler inspection . Water Treatment (DI station, waste water station, Softener station, Cooling Tower Water, Chilled water system). Diesel Equipments (Forklifts, Generators, Diesel Pump). Cooling Towers and Chillers. Electric Tractor. Air Handling Unit. Paint Booths and Ovens. Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems. Electric Pumps and Air Powered pumps. Air Pipe Line & Water Pipe line and Steam Pipe Line & valves. Welding Machines Equipments (Spot Welding Gun System, Co2 Welding, stude Welding machine, Arc welding). Follow up Factory Machines & Equipments Preventive Maintenance. Supervising the daily maintenance work done by technicians. Solve Breakdown That May Happened During Operation. Suggest new Modifications to Overcome Major Problems. Experience in all utility Equipment operation and maintenance & overhauling. Manage Maintenance Engineers and Technicians and Ensure Performing Work Effectively and in Time. Implementation OEE: Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Carry out the design and supervision of Pipelines
