Description Accomplish desired production results by planning, negotiating, tendering and monitoring BTL jobs with a view to deliver all BTL materials to the business in a timely manner. — Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; understanding and choosing appropriate production techniques and materials; observing control points; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions or any under-delivery through control points. — Complete production plan by scheduling and assigning jobs to appropriate vendors; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems; reporting results of on-going jobs — Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary requirements with a view of implementing change.
Qualifications • 3 - 5 years of production experience either in BTL agencies or marketing functions in multinational companies with experience in running promotional events and initiatives for a large array of products and services. • 3+ years of direct client interfacing experience with ability to work on production tasks and interface with the client with no direct supervision. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proven Project Management Skills. • Strong experience working with BTL suppliers. • Independent thinking, strong organization and planning abilities and excellent analytical and problem solving skills are essential. • Highly proficient in MS Office Software, high aptitude for MS Excel. • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. • Knowledge of print/pre-press production • Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
