Description —Leads by example to demonstrate core values to the highest ethical standards. —Working closely with field HSE teams and Field Management to develop proactive HSE annual plans and budgets for field operating locations. —Mentor, coach and develop the field HSE staff suggesting suitable HSE competency process and perform regular and annual appraisals of performance of each staff member against clearly defined targets. —Advisor /coach to Field Managers, Department Heads, Engineers and operators on HSE Technical Practices in field towards achieving continual risk reduction and become an HSE leader through setting a personal example. Team with the Company Deputy Field Manager to monitor and improve safety performance across the field in order to allow the DFM to concentrate on operational and production improvements. —Help prepare, implement, and ‘base business execute– required field systems and processes under the JV HSE Management Systems. — Act as investigation focal point and knowledge base in field and advise field staff on investigation practices for incidents. Support investigation teams on investigations of serious incidents. —Ensure accurate reporting of HSE performance to management through implementation of the agreed HSE Reporting Practice and in the Incident Tracking System. —Support audits and develop and implement system of inspections to ensure compliance with Companys HSES MS, and follow up on actions / recommendations. — Assist with developing, implementation and practice of robust emergency response capability and plans for Joint Ventures scenarios and ensure readiness through regular drills and lessons learned. —Manage relationships with contractors on site ensuring compliance with agreed procedures and contractual HSE requirements
Qualifications Graduate of technically relevant subject
