Description Involved in both the pre-production (planning) stage as well as the production (control and supervision) stage. Oversee the production process, reducing costs wherever necessary and making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality. Plan, direct, and coordinate the production activities to make sure production proceeds smoothly and stays within budget. Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule; ensuring that the production is cost effective; Working out the human and material resources needed; Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed; Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed; Supervise, motivate, review performance and train a team of workers/subordinates.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same position in FMCG specially in food industries. Strong MS knowledge (ERP Knowledge is a plus).
