Description - Understand commercial and contractual requirements and manages project to meet and fully comply with contract obligations. - Manage all the project activities to meet the project schedule. - Focus team on achievement of milestones and other key project objectives. - Resolve problems and coordinate the final turnover of the project to the customer. - Implement and apply proper project controls to monitor and correct progress; identify and implement corrective actions as required. - Manage client expectations with appropriate and timely management of change within the terms of the contract and prevent scope creep. - Initiate and maintain extensive contacts with officials of other organizations and companies, requiring skill in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.
Qualifications - University degree in electrical or mechanical Engineering. - PMP Certified. - Generally 10 years of experience in Power Plants & Substation Projects. - Excellent Management Skills.
