Description Store the received goods and spare parts on the branch warehouse and register its data on excel and oracle after comparing it with the received bill. Send the needed documents regarding receiving spare parts to the concerned accountant. Inform the needed parties regarding the new received goods and spare parts to be aware by the new items. Issue the needed spare part to the branch engineer after reviewing COSMOS program. Register all needed data manually, excel and oracle due to delivering the spare part to the branch engineer. Issue Samsung mobile to the sales indoor after receiving all needed documents from him Register both in the oracle and excel the movements from devices warehouse to cash warehouse. In case of replacement of the Samsung mobile, store keeper receives a replacement report form the quality control to be able to issue new devices Instead of the damaged ones. Conduct the appropriate inspection for the damaged devices to replace it with the new ones to the quality control. Register all needed data manually, excel and oracle for the damaged and new devices. Submit a warrantee bill and send it to the concerned accountant. Conduct all needed transfers to different branches both on COSMOS and excels after receiving the needed documents from the concerned parties. Coordinate with the quality control to be able to send the needed devices or spare part to the shipping company to be sent to the concerned branch. Collect all bills and register it on excel to be sent to the concerned accountant. Inspect the warehouse periodically and send the balance to the concerned parties. Develop and submit all needed reports to (customer service employees, engineer, accountants, general warehouse supervisor ‡etc.) Perform any other assigned tasks with the same level of authority.
Qualifications Relevant experience in the same field from 1-2 years High school degree in any discipline. High level of accuracy. Excellent Microsoft office skills Good command of English language
