Description 1.Ensure the site Warehouse targets are achieved within agreed budget and timeline . 2.Motivate, train and develop Warehouse staff to deliver their respective targets consistently through successful implementation of company strategies and tools . 3.Act as Warehouse subject matter expert at the site, analyze and interpret Warehouse standards / programs and practices to support the business . 4.Manage accurate inventory control and conduct periodic audits. 5.Develop and implement warehousing operations plans, policies and procedures in line with Production strategy in order to achieve the materials consumption plan. 6.Ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures through supervision of the site Warehouse objectives, manage the site performance, development and motivation of employees in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved . 7.Provide professional advice and guidance to internal customers on warehousing issues and ensure effective coordination of the Warehouse activities with other departments in order to support the achievement of production objectives . 8.Build and maintain good working relationships with key suppliers, delivery companies and other outside bodies in order to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the warehousing operation . 9.Ensure the effective planning and development of the storage facility in order to ensure the integrity of goods and material supply to the production process and support the achievement of the highest standards of warehousing provision 10.Attend weekly and monthly Management Meetings in order to liaise and communicate on operational issues with other departments and to ensure that planned and actual warehousing operational activities meet the needs of the production process on an ongoing basis .
Qualifications •Bachelor degree with relevant experience at multinational pharmaceutical organization with experience not less than 5 years •Very good Knowledge of GMP, GSP,EHS •Very good command of English language •Excellent computer skills and BPCS •Knowledge of raw & packaging materials handling •Good leadership skills •Good communication and problem solving skills
