Description 1.Create concept of Mechanical design according to the Client requirements. 2.Prepare and develop the design criteria 3.Carry out the required value Engineering for the optimize the best system fit to the project requirements. 4.Prepare the design plans in accordance with the architectural approved plans 5.Participate in preparation of the design stages starting from concept till completion of design developments and working drawings 6.Prepare the specifications for each project 7.Prepare the bill of quantities 8.Carry out the required coordination with the relevant design persons. 9.Participate as required for all phases of projects, meeting or exceeding the Clients business objectives; from programming, schematic design and design development, construction documents and furniture specification. 10.Share responsibility to effectively interface with the client, and vendors to either gather data, communicate design requirements or to coordinate the design construction and engineering documents Quality management System(ISO 9001) 11. Awareness of Quality policy of Square 12. Complies with QMS requirements as applicable to his department 13. Take appropriate correction, corrective and preventive actions in case of nonconformity arises during the work. 14. Participate in development of QMS. 15. Participate in initiating, implementing, review and monitor quality objectives related to his department. 16. Effective communication 17. Effective Management 18. Effective training if required.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering 10 years in design of HVAC,Plumbing,Drainage and Fire fighting Previous experience in design of hotels Leadership skills Computer skills in AUTOCAD and Office Presentation skills Awareness of international standards relevant to his work
