Description 1.Engineer is required in a smart hands only capacity. 2.Engineer will attend after the image has been deployed remotely 3.Engineer will floor walk and help users that may be having teething problems with the build. 4.Engineer will report any subsequent issues to the Customers central helpdesk via telephone, who will offer support on the phone. 5.Engineer may have to in a few cases, help set off a build locally, or install a new PC where the users may not be suitable to accept Windows 7
Qualifications • Experience in business of IT. • Experience in windows images, and deployment. • Microsoft Certifications (MCSA / MCITP) Preferable • MS Infrastructure • Demonstrate expert knowledge in multiple technical and business areas. • Experience in hardware and Software upgrades, and IT related issues troubleshooting. • Aware of SLA and OLA terms.
