Description Responsibilities With universities: — Create a folder for universities — Collect the necessary information on college applications for the Diploma Programme — Make the necessary documentation for universities — Aware of the credit system and benefits provided by universities to students in degree — Collect the necessary information about the credibility of university degrees and prestige — Aware of the university admissions process in different countries. — Learn about academic forums that take place in Cairo — Participate in forums universities — Organize (in the near future) a forum of universities in school — Be aware of the requirements of the Supreme Council of Universities and try to promote the IB program in its fullness in universities. With students : — Collect the necessary information on the request of the Egyptian and international market — Manage forums for trades — Discuss the scholarships offered by universities and to introduce students — Fill with students the registration file — Draft the necessary documents request by universities (letter of recommendation, predicted ratings, etc...) — Ensure that students and parents understand the academic requirements — Determine the level of students and adviser to the project coordinator on the choice of the academic program — See academic demands and establish a procedure for entrance exams for different universities. (TOEFL, SAT, ELPET etc...) — Making visits with students to universities — Encourage major universities and see their recruitment procedure for IB students to facilitate the admission of our students to major world universities — Advise students of the best universities in each area With the school — Promoting our School name in the different universities — Organize visits with universities within the school — Inform universities on the IB program — Contribute to the promotion of the program within and outside school
Qualifications Experience in the same field must have a solid knowledge of the National/international universities and diploma programs
