Description Implement Sub-Contractor database briefing Works history, official documents, Qualification of Human Resources to facilitate selection process. — Preparation of Quotation Request according to the projects requirements clarifying technical specification, special requirements and BOQ. — Send Quotation Request to the Companies & Sub-Contractors approved by the management. — Implement the comparison between Offers covering the technical and financial aspects to select the best that can suits the project needs. — Following up Works quality for each Sub-Constructor according to the Quarter & Semi annual reports received from the projects to take the necessary actions towards the inefficient Sub-Contractors. — Following up & reviewing the financial aspects (comparing Interim Payments actual cost with the contract estimated cost) for every Sub-Contractors on monthly or semi monthly basis & ensure that it is applicable to the technical & financial offer of the contract. — Implement a report clarifying Sub-Contractors that exceed their contractual cost value by comparing the actual cost with the contractual estimated cost. — Prepare a quarterly report evaluating Sub-Contractors performance in terms of the level of business for each contractor and take the necessary action against the contractor bad — Applying the procedures of the ISO 9001- 2008
Qualifications AutoCAD - Office Software. • Certificates related to same field is an asset
