• Documents financial transactions by entering account information. • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; assists in preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. • Assists in preparing various financial reports. • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts. • Assist with payroll administration. •mPerforms deposits, withdrawals and other banking functions. • Monitor and resolve bank issues. • Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process. • Recording clients purchase order issuing sales invoices. • Apply checks to customer accounts. • Process invoices. • Develop and maintain regular reports via the company’s accounting system. • Review and analyze revenue transactions on monthly basis.
Qualifications • Candidate should hold bachelor degree of commerce – Accounting Major – English Section. • Candidate should hold 1-3 years of experience in the same filed. • Candidate should have knowledge in SAP program. • Well-verse in Microsoft Office applications. • Excellent communication and organizational skill. • Excellent English Language skill. • Accurate and detail attentive. • Deadline-oriented.
