•Supervise on purchasing staff to ensure that all tasks and performance is cleared and aligned with company strategy. •Participate and assist on preparing purchasing plan aligned with company strategy. •Distributes tasks clearly according to PR priority. •Receive purchasing requisitions form P&IC department. •Follow up with requester, material substitution to confirm PR or alternative decision. •Analyze prices, delivery time, quality species and payment terms to meet the company requirements. •Follow up executing purchase requisitions into official purchase order according to company policy and standards. •Maintain update records of POs, follow up deliveries. •Follow up claims until they get solved. •Maintain smooth well planned delivery for the required items to avoid any delay.
Qualifications Bachelors of Engineering degree. - 2-5 years of experience in Purchasing filed. -. -Planning skill. -Leadership skill. -Good communication skills. -Good Negotiation skills. -Good Presentation skills. -Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
