Supervising the team and overseeing the assigned workload, which includes monitoring and enforcing all security policies to ensure adequate controls for better protection of the Treasury Ensuring that all work within a specific area of Treasury activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Assist in standardize the internal policies and controls by establishing and monitoring department objectives, standards, guidelines, and budget to assist in achieving proper management of department. Supervises the day-to-day operations of Treasury to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting Very good English Strong problem solving skills 7 years relevant experience in Finance including at least 3 years in Treasury
