Responsible for monitoring and tracking the progress of each customer along the sales progression cycle and conducting necessary communication and administration tasks to ensure steady progress along the Sales Progression Cycle and proper documentation to the requirements at each stage is maintained. Key responsibilities: 1. Creating new records for customers initiating their sales process. 2. Provide an orientation to new customers of required documents and forms at each stage of the Sales Progression Cycle. 3. Control the process of document collection and form filling at each stage of the Sales Progression Cycle. 4. Controlling the company documentation handler in collecting, validating and submitting VISA applications and Sales Progression Cycle Documentation. 5. Utilize the Customer Relations Management (CRM) System for all Data Entry updates. 6. Maintaining a proper filing system for all client Sales Progression Cycle Documentation. 7. Work closely with the Sales Team on updating Customer Records. 8. To respond and answer inbound Departmental Customer calls with high quality standards and assisting customers with all available sales tools in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. 9. To make outbound Departmental Customer calls with high quality standards and assisting customers with all available sales tools in order to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications • University Degree in a relevant discipline. • Min 3 years’ experience in a customer service career • Must be an excellent communicator • Manage the opportunity and deliver appointments for the Sales team • Achieving sales targets • Excellent in Arabic & English (Reading, Writing & Oral). Test will be applied • Excellent in computer skills. Test will be applied

Compensations The job opportunity provides for a min basic monthly salary of between 3,000 LE to 4,000 LE depending on experience. The Company is offering Medical Insurance and other Benefits to the successful applicant after 12 months of service.
