Manage export documentation and logistics for export orders. Coordinate and complete accurate and timely export documentation. Coordinate with customer service and warehousing to arrange for export shipments. Troubleshoot/resolve export order issues with broker and/or carrier. Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe quality that meet regulatory and company requirements. Support the development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the SQF 2000 Systems. Assist Distribution Leads. Performs other related duties as assigned. Develops and maintains excellent relationships with vendors, brokers and customers – both internal and external.
Qualifications Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience highly desired. 2-6 years’ experience in freight forwarding/external logistics or warehousing/distribution. Material handling equipment experience preferred. Knowledge of export regulatory requirements preferred. Computer knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Office; Word, Outlook, Excel.
