Advise user on appropriate action. Follow standard help desk procedures. Remote trouble shooting using variety of different software tools. Log all help desk interactions and Prepare activity reports. Track issues to resolution and update their knowledge base. Administer help desk software. Redirect problems to appropriate resource. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention. delivering training programs in different HR modules. Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
