Participate in preparing the budget of the local purchasing plan.- Supervise the fulfillment of purchasing plan and analyzing the deviations.- Ensure the receiving of PR s from different departments.- Get the approval of PO s from the line manager.- Ensure the suppliers proposal and choosing the best one.- Ensure the issuing of any supplying orders.- Follow up the balance of any material to determine the needs.- Follow up the shortage and the recession of any material.- Ensure the process of returned materials of every supplier.- Follow up the supplying process.- Ensure receiving any invoice and prepare the check for every supplier.-Receive the approved- pricing list from the line manager.- Adding the stored material.
Qualifications BSc. of Commerce, Business Administration,supply chain or Logistics . 3-5years of experience in FMCG field food and beverages.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills -Good Communication skills. -Leadership skills. -Problem solving. -Time management skills. -Negotiation skills. - SAP User
