JOB PURPOSE The Service desk Representative provides HW and Network first level support as well as technical and professional guidance to local and remote users in more than one site. He or she delivers consistent, high quality, friendly support with outstanding customer service, satisfaction, and timeliness according to agreed SLA MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Receive and handle user requests and complaints Maintain the data for HW & SW inventory Perform HW maintenance and transfers requests Provide on-the-job training to new staff and users Other activities.
Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent relevant computer experience and certifications. Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE)is preferable .
