     Perform general secretarial duties, Handles correspondence, and Organizes office operation. Responsible for the HR & Personnel soft ware system. Responsible for the time management system (attendance, absence, permissions, errands) Keep employees’ files and database Prepare new employees’ required documents. Follow up the completion of the employees’ hiring documents. Prepare staff monthly payroll administration and the overtime sheet. Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system Administer the process of (joining – terminating ) employees’ medical and social insurance Handle the company’s needs of administrative services and stationary, Provide administrative services to the employees such as, opening new bank accounts ,issuing ATM and visas , transportation arrangements, maintenance of company premises . Responsible for hotel reservation and travel tickets. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications    University graduate, major business administration is preferred. Should be excellent in written and spoken Arabic and English. Excellent computer skills ,with the ability to learn new software applications.
