Technical and professional and administrative supervision of all doctors, chemists and reception services and all employees. • signature and review cancellations and redemption and discounts. • signature and review weekly and monthly orders, purchase orders and bills of reform and follow up of all that. • signature and review the monthly tables for employees branch and sent the day before the 18th of the month. • signature and review the reports and all the statistics required and delivered to the competent department • overseeing the training of physicians and chemists and reception of new services and the work of their assessments. • solve all the problems of the patients and customer service problems and to respond to queries from doctors, labs and patients that come to the branch • facilitate internal and external auditors are also important. • directly responsible for a full and complete all the required licenses to the Ministry of Health and Environment, documents and records of quality control and management of information technology licenses and meet all of the above models • the work of monthly visits to doctors, laboratories, companies and hospitals in his area • the receipt and disbursement of settlement and custody of the section weekly. • Respond to customer complaints • the annual target of the branch Annual Target Distribution) (the months of the year. • Participate in Hevcat samples • to participate in the training center training as required of him. • to participate in the follow-up and resolve the problems of the collection. • Review of Treasury (the work of a sudden inventory). • Print and follow-up dues paid. • From the above, as well as committed as assigned to him by the direct supervisor of the work and the nature of work-related tasks.
Qualifications He must have a bachelors degree from one of the science faculties (Medicine -tab veterinary -alom). • Proficiency in dealing with the computer
