•Approach new customers and seek opportunities •Take part in the functional consulting services we provide to our customers •Analyze customer needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo •Identify areas of improvement and propose a solution with Odoo •Quantify resources required for a task/project •Respond to RFQs and calls for tenders by preparing proposals (both technical and commercial) •Accompany customers in the full delivery cycle from software configuration to go-live •Coach customers on how to use Odoo efficiently through individual training
Qualifications •Bachelors degree in Business Administration, MIS/IT, or Computer Science •Good knowledge of accounting and business processes •experience with ERP solutions (preferably with Odoo). •Excellent planning and communication skills •Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly
