1.Installing and configuring PC/Laptop hardware operating systems and applications. 2.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. 3.Supporting employees through a series of actions either on-site or remotely. 4.Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. 5.Replacing hardware parts as required. 6.Providing support, including procedural documentation. 7.Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. 8.Supporting the roll-out of new applications ( Ms AX, Sales buzz , etc… ) 9.Supporting new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues and E-mails. 10.Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs. 11.Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). 12.Prioritizing and managing many open issues at a time. 13.Testing and evaluating new technologies. 14.Supporting and setting up audio / visual / presentation facilities in meeting rooms. 15.Developing end user knowledge in IT related fields. 16.Performing any other related duties as and when required. 17.Following up Attendance system. 18.Following up CCTV system backup and maintenance. 19.Following up photocopier contract and maintenance and attendance machines.
Qualifications •Good background on PC components and network essentials. •Supporting MS Windows Operating System (all versions) •Good Knowledge of different office applications •Good Knowledge of CCTV, photocopier and attendance machines. •Troubleshooting Multi-function devices (Printers, Scanners, External Devices…).
