Follow up implementation of Human Resources policies, programs, and procedures. Review company structure and job levels on yearly basis to accomplish company goals and objectives. Develop pool of qualified candidates and update it periodically. Post opening positions in newspaper advertisements and other recruitment routs. Review, filter, screen new applicants’ CVs and Conduct pre-screening interviews. Follow up the implementation of the yearly training plan and employees’ development plans. Assist in writing and sending job offer packages to selected employees and forward rejection letters to rejected one. Analysis employees salaries and benefits system according to market salary surveys every two years. Update job analysis and job descriptions in yearly basis. Supervise performance appraisal practice. Maintain hard and electronic filing system for the human resources department. Handle employee relation and grievance. Deal with different governmental authorities, labor office, social insurance office etc. Communicate and coordinate with other departments in any HR related issues. Prepare all legal procedures for employees moving out. Participate effectively in all human resources department’s meetings and follow up the minutes of meetings . Present all kind of human resources reports & statistics to help human resources manager. Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications University graduate from a reputable university Have Human Resources diploma or certificate in Human Resources field Very good command of English and Arabic languages Excellent in Microsoft office
