Assure complying with client QHS requirements. - Continual monitoring and auditing. - Promoting internal QHSI - Promoting external QHSI - Perform a periodical unplanned site inspection to ensure implementing of HSE procedures and standard accurately. - Continual updating HSE documents and procedures to meet our client needs. - Review the Company Health, Safety and Environment Policy Statements on an annual basis. - Following OHSI And QI and providing a needed CARs. - Carrying out a periodical OJT for all resources, - Assure continual complying with legal requirements. - Provide induction training for new hired. - Assist, advise, develop and monitor effective Risk Assessment management strategies and Provide a safety recommendations on starting new jobs. - Consult with senior managers and other line managers and give appropriate advice on formulating best-practice policies and procedures. - Provide where necessary source, training for staff in relation to Health and Safety policies, practice and procedures. - Monitoring accident statistics analyze trends and propose and take remedial action - Provide support on health and safety advice to the HSE committee - Prepare weekly, bi monthly, quarterly and yearly QHS reports to the Liaison and (4) Management Committees and an annual HS&E report to the Corporation. - Dealing with client`s QHS Managers to realize their satisfaction and to be updating
Qualifications BCS in communication engineering EX. experience in telcom field
