Dispatching, Escalation and notification for Incidents and interacting with different support team. Ability to handle the incident and follow with the teams to find work around solution within SLA. Following up with all the responsible teams for the incidents that affect the 2G & 3G network. Escalating to the Vendor & the customer to insure that the incident is recovered in the shortest time. Maintaining Customer network as an IM Engineer in the NOC Recovering the lost service which affects availability of 2G & 3G network Respond to Network Customer Support Team within agreed SLA time frame. Implement End-to-End Incident management (starting from incident appearance till incident final service restoration). Escalate to the proper management resource if and when required according to approved updated escalation matrix during the incident. Provide a various means notifications encompassing: e-mails, SMS, Phone calls and any other future mutually agreed methods. Provide Incident Reports according to predefined incident severities including : reason, repetition, owner, business impact, Traffic loss, lost hours, number of affected subscribers, , time and date for each incident occurred in the network. Responsible for notification and escalation during shift and answering calls. Have Single contact during the incident.
Qualifications From 1-5 Years’ Experience. BSc. In communication engineering • Good communication skills • Good presentation skills • Good command of Microsoft office application • Good command of English language • Committed, creative and self-motivated • Ability to work in both regular and shift basis.
