Customer Calls Management Including Receiving, Logging, Dispatching & Closing of Customer Calls with the objective to maintain Customer Satisfaction. •Handling customer phones •Answer customers inquiries through phone and face to face •Follow up courses dates and customer satisfying •Organizing customers in and out of labs. Providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. Understands and complies with all testing procedures. Checks in examiners, verifies identification, and explains the exam process. Monitors examiners while testing. Maintains a secure testing environment. Coordinates standardized group and/or individual test administration. Plans, develops, coordinates testing program policies, procedures and schedules, and ensures adequate staffing for the administration of examinations. Contacts testing companies, and orders and maintains supplies of manual testing materials. Supervises and monitors administration of tests by proctors; ensures that test instructions are accurate and that appropriate testing environments are maintained. Provides routine direction, information, and advisement to students and prospective students.
Qualifications Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Database management skills. Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures for the administration. Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information. Organizing and coordinating skills. Bsc or BA from a recognized University. •Military Status: Completed or Exempted. •Very Good PC skills (preferred computer science graduates) •Has the ability to be effective in communication with others - Patient and intelligent to solve problems -Working under pressure • Excellent Network skills • Good communication skills • Patient and intelligent to solve problems
