•Analysis and defines user problems and coordinates with users to identify problems for the purpose of creating reliable technology solutions. •Provides a variety of guidance, direction, and training to less-experienced staff as needed. •Providing technical advice to non-technical staff at a level consistent with user’s expertise for the purpose of providing support to other staff •Logging and monitoring each reported incident, checking that the support service required, Tracking the escalation process and Closing the incident and obtaining confirmation from the customer.
Qualifications •2-3 years’ experience in Technical Support. •Up to date tech. knowledge. •Knowledge of customer service principles & practices. •Good analytical & problem solving skill. •Fluent English and Arabic written and spoken. •Multitasking capabilities.
