• Creating the master schedule and identify the critical path. • Inserting the activities in the master schedule in details. • Highlight the delayed activities and identify the reasons of delay in a weekly basis. • Follow up the invoices status with the cost control manager. • Coordinate with the document controller and engineering manager for issuing the monthly report. • Update the master schedule in a monthly basis. • Study the change order and its effect on time. • Preparing the weekly report and the monthly report. • Review the monthly report of the sub-contractors if any. • Follow up the dates of periodical fund from the client side. • Issue the correspondence documents related to each project with coordination with the document controller.
Qualifications MEP Background. Has the ability to follow up a set of correlated projects.
