1. Assist the customer (internal or external) to clearly define overall objectives, scope, project deliverables and milestones, and key risk areas. 2. Document\develop the project scope, targets/objectives to translate desired business benefits into clear and achievable deliverables. 3. Obtain sign-off from clients on project plans and periodically review project updates to ensure agreement between the customer and the company. 4. Administer the activities and work of the project team and the concerned departments to ensure that project activities are carried out and implemented in line with the agreed project plan and coordinate with the to allocate project team members 5. Implement and execute project plans using appropriate resources ensuring that project objectives are achieved as laid out in the project plan and within the set quality standards. 6. Generating project status reports and the program schedule, comparing baseline schedules and budgets to actual work completed ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to meet project objectives. 7. Coordinate and act as the focal point with other functional areas as required by project and Establish project communication plan across all involved functions and stakeholders and follow-up with them to ensure the achievement of project objectives. 8. Administer appropriate handover procedures to Account Manager when the project reaches the stability phase ensuring the smooth transition from start-up phase to stabilized “sign off”
Qualifications Fluency of English. IT Skills: MS Office, knowledge of MS Project. 0-2 years of experience in IT with project management background.
