Maintain records for all customers PO. •Checking PO Pricing and Terms & Conditions to meet Metra policy •Follow up with Account Managers on Special Pricing Approvals Process •Creating Sales Order on Metra ERP and follow Credit Approval, VOS Approval and Arrange for order Delivery. •Manage Stock Allocation for Confirmed PO’s and reservations for expected Projects. •List of back Orders items and Communicate with Purchasing Division to Order them. •Work closely to purchasing Division to ensure that Back Orders are Submitted and getting expected Delivery Date and request Expedite /escalation for Orders if needed to meet Customer promised delivery Date. •Handle Stock movement between various WHs based on Sales Forecast. •Update the Account Manager with Order Status and if a delay is expected. •Manage and Follow-up NTRA Approval and follow up logistics process for expected Shipments. •Handle and follow up for Customer Returns and getting Needed Approval •Helping Sales Staff in resolving Customer issues in Metra (finance, maintenance,…etc) •Creating /updating Re seller Database •Definition for New P/N’s on Meta ERP.
Qualifications Experience: 0-2 years •University Degree
