Design and execute ITIDA strategy plan, and make sure ITIDA strategy is aligned with the national ICT strategy framework. Assist ITIDA departments in designing functional strategies and make sure they are aligned with the overall ITIDA strategy. Liaise with various departments on identifying needs for external consultants in ITIDA various initiatives, and become a part of the selection and project management committee. Manage the relationship, and liaise with, external consultants in various engagements and projects to ensure proper scoping and implementation. Liaise with SECC and ICT Markets departments to integrate similar activities and identify strategic directions for local companies maturity building exercise. Ensure that programs/initiatives are achieving ITIDA overall objectives and matching its strategic direction. Implement all current and planned strategy initiatives effectively and efficiently.
Qualifications 5 - 7 years of experience in strategy formulation. Advanced Industry Knowledge of Information Technology (ICT). Perfect understanding of strategic directions and execution methods. Project management skills. Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Report writing & RFP development skills. Problem solving skills.
