A Telesales Executive is responsible for the accurate qualification of suspect Company data managed within a relevant portfolio. Success is achieved through the correct execution of the agreed Telesales processes leading to the capture of trade potential and relevant data that enables new prospects to be added to the company database. 1. Working on a portfolio, to identify future revenue generation opportunities through telephone contact to suspect data 2. To perform all sales administration activities in order to capture and maintain accurate information in the Common Sales System. 3. To gather competitor and customer data through telephone activities in order to create awareness of local market trends and competitors activities.
Qualifications Preferred Experience and Knowledge Fresh graduates or experienced candidates are welcome Previous telephone sales experience and dealing with customers is preferable Very Good command in English (written / spoken) Very good communication skills Very Good English Skills
