Develops the company Finance & Accounting Department’s strategies, business plans and budgets in accordance with the group’ overall strategies and directions Develop & oversee the development of adequate policies and processes for the Finance & Accounting Department. Provide general operational direction regarding the various aspects and activities of the finance and accounting to ensure professional and timely provision of such service. Supervise the coordination with Departments Managers and Business Units to facilitate the preparation and finalization of company annual budget and reports. Monitor the Business Units’ finance & accounting activities and review reports, budgets, and financial statements to ensure compliance of and adherence to corporate financial policies. Supervise and manage the operations of the Accounting, Cash & Investment Management, Financial Planning, & Budgeting so as to encourage optimum utilization of its services by the entire Group. Oversee and direct the preparation and issuance of the periodic financial reports. Monitor the cash, debt and liquidity position and the Business Units. Serve as the principal contact with the external audit firms, and ensure that they are provided close cooperation and assistance in the discharge of their responsibilities, including primarily financial statements Consult with the financial director with regards to financial and operational targets. Gather the developed financial summaries and presentations to communicate overall performance to the financial director.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance with a minimum of 8 years of extensive Finance and Accounting experience, preferably with international public accounting firms. CMA is a privilege 7 years’ experience in financial accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. SAP Experience is a must
