Responsible for the cost effective and timely delivery of the monthly magazine to all recipients both in print and digitally Responsible for the development and operation of circulation plans for the magazine Ensure magazines are sent from the print house to the courier company according to deadlines set following up with delivery issues. Follow up with courier company and reader list during delivery period to ensure all copies are delivered on a timely basis Maintain an accurate and detailed list of print and digital magazine and e-newsletter recipients in electronic format processing edits as required including e-newsletter and e-magazine sign ups. Work closely with the editorial, production and operations team and participate in the regular scheduled meetings as required
Qualifications Bachelors degree, 3 - 5 years experience, excellent organisation, administration and communication skills, database management
