Provides technical leadership and documentation coordination on large, complex projects and / or multiple small / moderate projects and directs the work of others, including assigning responsibilities in a project team and monitoring their progress and completion. Works with project leaders to coordinate the development of staffing plans / budgets and schedules within the project work plan; and works with Project Managers in the development of fee and scope proposals. Directs and mentors less experienced engineering staff
Qualifications Engineering degree required with a minimum of 6 years in the profession, post graduation. Experience on all phases and aspects of large scale projects required. In depth knowledge of engineering principles and practices, conventional technology in the specialized field, Industry Codes and Standards, project design, engineering programs, and construction documentation production and construction materials, CADD, graphic skills, Revit Holder ,presentation and communication skills. Advanced word processing and spreadsheet skills. Previous supervisory experience preferred
