1. Answer retailer questions and facilitate resolution of problems/issues that the retailer may have with respect to the Huawei business 2. Provide business advice where possible (e.g. layout, stock holding etc.) 3. Collect data from each retail outlet to provide timely and accurate market intelligence on sales, distribution coverage, pricing, merchandising and competitive activity 4. Implement Huawei promotion and tactical programs 5. Maximize Huawei in-store presence through • Timely delivery of TCO elements including POS materials, dummies etc. • Negotiating best shelf positioning of products • Identifying opportunities to improve Huawei’s in-store presence and merchandising 6. Ensure retailer compliance with Huawei guidelines, including • Ensuring all TCO elements are implemented as per guidelines, including branded furniture, signages and permanent fixtures • Encouraging retailer to purchase Huawei phones through authorized distribution channels • Encouraging retailer to carry recommended range of Huawei products • Ensuring adherence to commercial contracts by retailer 7. Collect critical retailer feedback on distributor performance/issues, market activity, distributor pricing, new product launches, Huawei product and customer care issues 8. Train retail staff as per Huawei Academy guidelines Profile
Qualifications • Education level Bachelors Degree. • 2-3 years’ experience in sales and distribution, preferably in consumer durable/FMCG company or in field research or marketing services • Good user for Microsoft office application • Able to deliver under pressure • Positive attitude and self-confident • Strong influencing, negotiating skills, proactive and team player with strong interpersonal skills • Possesses own transportation and willing to travel in assigned territory.
