Description 1- Provide Market feedback to Sales and Product Managers on prices, competition, products, etc. 2- Communicate and updates prices, promotions and product specs to customers. 3- Manage and maintains customer relationship. Solves and escalates customer problems. 4- Increase Company share of customer business. 5- Represent Company positively under all circumstances. 6- Business understanding; understands customers priorities and market dynamics. 7- Adds new accounts/business. 8- Forecast customers potential business. 9- Delivery of orders to clients from Warehouse. 10- Follow up on maintenance issues between Service Centre and Client. 11- Follow up on Receivables. 12- Weekly Forecast Report.
Qualifications University Degree Experience: 1-4 years in sales related field.
