Description . Set the maintenance Plan for department Oversee installation, operation and, and repair to ensure that equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications. Read and interpret manuals of new machines. Coordinate activities with all other departments. Accumulates technical data and other background information, to determine equipment performance specifications and establish baselines Prioritizes, coordinates, and allocates work assignments to staff, and resolves day-to-day staffing problems and issues. Improvement of equipment Manages smooth running of production lines and monitors down time rates. Able to respond quickly in case of line stoppage to prevent production losses
Qualifications Experience in factories Mechanical Power Engineering with 3 to 5 years of experience. Experience in maintenance of (air compressors - air dryer - pumps - palletizer machines, shrink-wrapping machines).and installation the new machines and equipments Planning and organizational skills. Strong Analytical and Administration Skills Good interpersonal, communication, Team leader & Handle Projects
